Tom Cook, Apple’s CEO announced at company’s annual WWDC the latest features of iOS 7. He introduced to the world the latest iOS 7 along with a video that showed how nearly all of the apps have been modified. Moreover, when the users move the device around, it will create a 3D illusion. They seem flatter and give a felling of more white space on screen.

The latest iOS is capable of multitasking the apps, saving Battery life by giving priority to certain apps which depends on power requirements. Besides this the iPhone would later be integrated into the cars by 2014.

Cook said that there have been over 50 billion apps downloaded so far in past 5 years since App Store was opened. He further added that the Mac user base is around 72 million users. This is almost the double when compared to what it was around 5 years ago. The hundred percent increase has beaten up the eighteen percent increase by PCs in same time period.

There has been improvement with Siri, and it responds more promptly to commands while using the device. This feature will use Bing as the default search engine in place of Google.

iTune Radio was also announced, which is basically a music service all ready to compete with Spotify & Pandora. One good thing about it is that it’s free to download & use. And when bundled with the iTunes Match, the music lovers can enjoy the music that’s free of ads.

The users will be able to view windows throughout the multiple displays and the Maverick OS X update is in fact 1.5 times faster from the standby to wake. It has more battery life and the enhanced scrolling of almost 60 frames/second will turn the pictures “glassy smooth,” said Federighi.
